Known for his expertise in potable water protection and business acumen, Robert Buehler holds a number of executive positions in the backflow prevention and plumbing industries. Starting his career in his teens as a plumbing assistant working alongside his father, Robert learned the plumbing business from the ground up. He gained over 20 years of experience in plumbing systems design, project management, and customer relations first as General Manager than as owner of Rapid Plumbing, a business he sold in 2009.

Passionate about water purity, Robert is a member of several water protection associations including the Ontario Backflow Prevention Association (OBPA) , which focuses on building awareness of and providing education for cross-connection control and backflow prevention throughout the province. Robert currently holds the position of Past President.

An avid sailor and traveler, Robert lives in Toronto, Ontario with his fiance, Karen.
